- When did you join FONDEX?
I am very happy to have joined FONDEX in September 2021 to strengthen its development. I have been around FONDEX for a long time, it is a dynamic family industry whose team has always made me want to work with them. In particular, I would like to salute here the sympathy and relational commitment of Thierry Avocat, my predecessor, with whom I had great pleasure in talking during various professional meetings.
- What is your background ?
With a scientific and business background, I am fluent in English and German and quickly developed a passion for industry. I worked 22 years in the metallurgy sector for an international producer of copper alloys, where I notably provided the commercial and industrial direction of its finishing (slitting) center in France. Today, I am mobilizing my experience, my skills and my versatility with all those of the FONDEX team with the aim of jointly developing the activity and satisfying each Client over time.
- How was your arrival at FONDEX?
I warmly thank my manager, David Schuler, for his trust and all my new employees for their kindness, their expertise and their invaluable availability. Thanks to them, I get to know the company in a concrete way: its organization, its processes, its value chain, its information system, its part references, its quality policy, inventory management, EDI platforms, etc. . Rich in this integration and supported by this friendly and competent team, I enthusiastically engage with them in the service of Customers.
- What course for the years to come?
FONDEX wishes to strengthen its position as a benchmark subcontractor serving equipment manufacturers and innovative manufacturers (E-mobility, Connectivity, technical sports equipment, etc.) in France and internationally for all types of stamped, cut technical parts, assembled, in all types of metals. To do this, the company is run by an exceptional team that masters:
- a local customer service, available and responsive,
- an expert, ingenious and creative BE,
- a value chain suitably developed and exploited,
- a powerful and reliable machine park,
- an efficient quality service,
- a secure tooling service for the production chain,
- a production capacity linking the qualitative (complex technical parts) and the quantitative (large series).
