HDS Group was formed in 2004, the result of four converging circumstances:
the industrial vision of David Schuler
Fondex’s longstanding desire to provide support to customers’ changing needs and constraints
the opportunity to acquire Modera and its additional technical skills
the supplier rationalization desired by ordering parties
