As clean as they come
FONDEX assists its industrial clients in defining levels of cleanliness and processes to meet their needs. FONDEX’s comprehensive, safe, and flexible production process uses washing and cleaning methods and cutting edge particle measurement and counting systems to guarantee levels of cleanliness that match specifications.
A fully integrated process
Washing, cleaning, particle removal
Your components are cleaned and particles are removed by two cutting edge RCTS067 cleaning units in a process tailored to your components’ specifications. They are designed to be able to perform a broad range of processes on a variety of different components, and cycles can be programmed to suit most situations.
- High capacity processing chambers (double the chamber size of traditional cleaning units).
- Uses NON-CHLORINATED “modified alcohol” solvents.
- Able to wash 6-10 baskets per machine per hour 300mm x 480mm x 670mm (H x L x D)
- Tanks with mixers, ultra-sound, and continuous oil filtration and removal.
Particle counts and measurements
Particle testing requires specific equipment and skills, meaning that it is not easily applied to manufacturing sites. In tune with the market, and fully aware of the importance this process has in ensuring quality, FONDEX has risen to the challenge of providing a solution.
In a clean room (ISO 8), the process involves a particle measurement and counting cell used when the part leaves the machine. Inspecting residual particles (for length, quantity, and weight, etc.) ensures the manufacturer that the level of cleanliness achieved fully meets specifications.
In line packing, in clean room (ISO8) or dust-free room.
Once a part has been cleaned and inspected, it is immediately packed in a clean room (ISO 8) or dust-free room, in line with customer requirements. Both packing lines are programmed using the central process management system. Conveyor systems are provided to move the baskets between the various clean and dust-free rooms, and are able to transport 20 baskets per hour in a continuous FIFO flow for 6 packaging stations.
