We are proud to announce the opening of our new tribo-finishing workshop, designed and equipped to provide high-quality surface finishes and perfectly controlled industrial performance for the finishing of your parts.
This project is the result of a €200,000 investment and close collaboration between our teams and Politechno. It reinforces our complete mastery of the value chain: co-design, tooling, cutting, stamping, assembly, finishing, cleanliness.
A tribo-finishing process at the cutting edge of deburring and polishing techniques
Located at the heart of our plant, the tribo-finishing workshop is equipped with two treatment lines incorporating two loaders designed by our design office and six vibrating bowls: three for deburring, two for drying and one dedicated to polishing. Each bowl is controlled by a dedicated control panel. The abrasive media used on each line are of the highest quality. A central high-precision centrifuge feeds the hydraulic system and manages it in a closed circuit.
The workshop has been designed to offer optimum working conditions, with reduced noise pollution, less dust (closed bowls), ergonomic layout (working at height, mobile loaders), enhanced safety, elimination of repetitive manual tasks, and easy access to and operation of the control cabinets.
What are the advantages of expert tribofinishing?
Our tribofinishing workshop is designed and equipped for industrial and environmental performance. It ensures perfectly homogeneous surfaces for cut or stamped parts in all types of metal. It enables us to industrialise the processing of parts to guarantee uniform and/or polished surfaces. The parts delivered, within optimised lead times, are thus ready for precise assembly or additional treatments (anodising, coating, etc.).
Industrial performance· – Quality of finish (uniform surface characteristics and aesthetic aspects) – Control of cycle times – Increased reactivity – Secure production |
Environmental performance
– Closed-circuit system minimises water and detergent consumption – No need for chemicals
