Cleaning, degreasing and decontamination: key processes in which each part is treated to remove grease, oil and other contaminants. We use environmentally friendly and sustainable processes to wash, degrease and decontaminate parts according to their specific characteristics.
Particle control: After each cleaning, we carry out the required measurements in accordance with defined protocols to ensure that the parts strictly comply with your cleanliness requirements.
Your components are cleaned and particles are removed by two cutting edge cleaning units in a process tailored to your components’ specifications. They are designed to be able to perform a broad range of processes on a variety of different components, and cycles can be programmed to suit most situations.
Particle testing requires specific equipment and skills, meaning that it is not easily applied to manufacturing sites. In tune with the market, and fully aware of the importance this process has in ensuring quality, FONDEX has risen to the challenge of providing a solution.
In a clean room (ISO 8), the process involves a particle measurement and counting cell used when the part leaves the machine. Inspecting residual particles (for length, quantity, and weight, etc.) ensures the manufacturer that the level of cleanliness achieved fully meets specifications.
Once a part has been cleaned and inspected, it is immediately packed in a clean room (ISO 8) or dust-free room, in line with customer requirements. Both packing lines are programmed using the central process management system.
Conveyor systems are provided to move the baskets between the various clean and dust-free rooms, and are able to transport 20 baskets per hour in a continuous FIFO flow for 6 packaging stations.
